5123 ARGUMENTATION THEORY
This course is a basic study of argumentation theory from Aristotle's Syllogisms to Toulmin's model of argumentation. Students will be required to apply these constructs to modern debatable propositions.

Students will learn advanced theory and activities to promote each of the secondary speaking and interpretative events.
