After a student self–identifies, the University employee has a duty to direct that student to the appropriate office for services. Every effort will be made to be in full compliance with Sec. 504 and 508 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 and the ADA Amendments Act of 2008. No qualified individual with a disability can be excluded from, denied the benefits of, or otherwise subjected to discrimination under any program or activity on campus
