CampusAccess is a web interface that allows faculty and staff to access student and course information.
- SOSU Campus Access
- Faculty/Staff: Student information that SOSU employees will have access to is Student Demographic Data, Student Transcripts, and Student Class Schedules. SOSU course information that faculty/staff have access to is Course Availability, Course Enrollment.
- SOSU Advisor Web
- Student advisors will also have access to Student advisement records. This will allow the advisor to update advisement records such as an advisor hold and the student advisement record.
- SOSU Not–Attending
- This is used for students that are not attending SOSU.
- SOSU Student CampusConnect
- This is used for students and faculty/staff to show students information. The classes they are taking their financial aid. It even gives information on transcripts and shows the students their grades. Students may also use this to enroll for the following semesters.
- AHEC Faculty & Staff
- Gives faculty/staff access to student information such as demographic data, schedules, course rosters, closed courses, canceled courses, and other useful information.
- AHEC Students
- Shows updated hourly closed courses and canceled courses.
- Idabel Faculty & Staff
- Lets faculty/staff information on student demographic data, student schedules, course rosters, and coming soon is closed courses/canceled courses.
- Idabel Students
- Shows updated hourly closed courses and canceled courses.
