An Evening with Daughters of Justice Scholarship Event

Join us for a casual evening with Southern
Oklahoma’s own “Daughters of Justice”, presented by the Southeastern
Oklahoma State University Alumni Association.

Three sisters so uniquely different with one
sound so distinctly their own. Born in Texas and raised in Oklahoma, their
family reunions in the Texas Hill Country were days of non-stop music and
laughter. For them, the idea of making a joyful noise is second nature!
Harmonies are part of their DNA with their parents growing up singing together
and later being in a band that included their Dad and their Mom’s sister. Their
parents, Joe and Margaret Taylor, are both alumni of Southeastern Oklahoma
State University. They started teaching the girls at an early age how to show
their love through song.

Growing up everything that was said would have
them breaking into song, and their friends know not much has changed as adults!
Life is more meaningful with music, and there is nothing more special to all of
them than being able to share their music with everyone. Following each other
one by one to Nashville, allowed each of them to find their individual voices,
be part of projects together and find inspiration in the creative spirit that
is the very fabric of Nashville!

After many years of singing together, Jocelyn,
Leah, and Marna Taylor are finally making their debut album and they are going
to share it with us on Saturday, March 30, 2019!
