You may encouter errors when trying to log in.
- User Validation Has Failed

- Check your student ID and make sure that is correct. If you have a question about your ID, contact the Registrar’s Office.
- The PIN you are entering may be different than what is on the system. Contact the Registrar’s Office. They will instruct you on how to get your PIN reset back to your birthday. Once your PIN is reset, you have to change it the next time you login to protect your privacy.
- When you login, the system will alert you to any holds you have that may prevent you from accessing many of CampusConnect’s features. You need to contact the Registrar’s Office, Office of Student Financial Aid, or the Business Office to resolve this issues.
