Child Care Resource & Referral — Complaint Policy

Southeastern Child Care Resource & Referral Agency staff may receive complaints from clients regarding the services provided by the Agency. All staff should be respectful of all parties involved, both the complainant and staff member.

Complaint Procedure

Complaints received to the Agency concerning a staff member and/or services provided will be directed to the Coordinator of the program. The Coordinator will document the issues and provide a verbal or written response to the complainant. Should the complaint involve the Coordinator of the program, Agency staff shall document the complaint and forward the concerns to the Executive Director of the Oklahoma Child Care Resource & Referral Association and the Executive Director of the Center of Continuing Education and Community Services at Southeastern Oklahoma State University.
