Child Care Resource & Referral — Fee Policy

Southeastern Child Care Resource & Referral Agency shall provide free child care referrals. The agency may enter into separate contracts for enhanced corporate referral services, which may allow for the collection of fees for the services provided.

PROCEDURES

A toll-free line and website are available for families to access the Agency. All staff notifies the client during the referral call that the service is free. A policy statement is included in the parent packet and on the website, stating that the referrals are free.
