Child Care Resource & Referral — Provider Update Policy

Southeastern Child Care Resource & Referral will utilize NACCRRAware to maintain an organized database for complete referral information. All required data fields are updated at least twice during the contract year. Providers who are uncooperative will be, documented in the database as Active, no referrals.

PROCEDURE

Southeastern Child Care Resource and Referral Agency sends a paper update to all providers in our database at the beginning of the contract year and then if the update is not completed at that time we will proceed to contact them by phone three additional times. CCR&R attempts calls at various times of day and various days. If we are unable to complete the update we will mark them as not accepting referrals at this time and send them out a letter with a paper update.
