Please use the form below to request online assistance with the Southeastern Blackboard system.  When completing the request for assistance, be as specific as possible.  An email address is required for online support.  Other support options include:
  • Telephone: 580.745.3081 -- M-F, 8:00 - 4:30 (except on campus holidays)
  • Walk-in: Russell Building, room 317A -- M-F, 8:00 - 4:30 (except on campus holidays)

Generally, online support requests received between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday will be answered on the day they are received.  Those requests received after 4:00 pm, during a weekend, or on a campus holiday will be answered on the next business day the campus is open.

Prior to requesting assistance, please verify that you have checked and met the minimum hardware/software requirements for the Southeastern Blackboard system.  Details can be found here.
