The CIDT offers many exciting training seminars and workshops for faculty at Southeastern. Beginning in October 2004, the CIDT began offering workshops to any SE staff member. For a list of current workshop offerings, please see below.

Faculty One-on-One Consultations

If you would prefer to work with an educational technology specialist for a one-on-one consultation, please contact the CIDT at cidt@se.edu. Some of the areas that we can provide assistance in includes:

• Southeastern Blackboard
• Migrating course content to an online environment
• Instructional design for online courses
• Using Southeastern Blackboard for online or blended classes
• Basic Microsoft Office Applications
• Document and image scanning using flatbed scanners
• Creation of Adobe Acrobat (PDF) files from various documents
