Kyle Thomas

Kyle Thomas became the Aviation Sciences Institute’s Chief Flight Instructor in 1996.  He started flying in 1986 and has since earned his Airline Transport Pilot certificate and Flight Instructor certificate with several additional ratings.  Additionally, Professor Thomas was awarded his Master Flight Instructor accreditation in 2006 and was one of just six Oklahoma aviation educators to earn the recognition at that time.  According to Master Instructor LLC, “Thomas first earned this national professional accreditation in 2006, has held it continuously since that time, and is one of only 25 worldwide to earn the credential five times.”

Kyle and his wife Traci live in Durant with their two daughters, Allyson and Chloe.
