Domestic Violence Candlelight Vigil and March

For the third year in a row, several CMHC students participated in  the annual Crisis Control Center’s Domestic Violence Vigil on Monday, October 7, 2013, at the Market Square in downtown Durant.

Individuals attend this important annual march and vigil to support:

  • Those who have died as a result of domestic violence
  • Those struggling for survival in an abusive  relationship
  • Those who have escaped and survived the tortures of domestic violence
