SE Publication Disclosure Requirement

The following disclosure must be included in a prominent location on university publications including but not limited to applications for admission, catalogs, websites, recruitment materials, and course syllabi.

A prominent position would include:

  1. The inside front cover of a booklet;
  2. The back outside cover of a booklet;
  3. The top or bottom margin of the first page of an unbound document; or
  4. The margins of a web page. In the case of a web page, the policy title can be used alone as a button that would bring up the full statement.
