Meet the Members

The charge of the action team is to:

  • Identify and analyze current retention and graduation rate data.
  • Compare data to like institutions.
  • Identify SE cohorts that surpass or fall below University averages.
  • Identify best practices in persistence.
  • Make data-driven recommendations to the Executive Team regarding improvement for SE retention and graduation rates.
  • Evaluate effectiveness of persistence strategies to determine continuation.
