Assistant/Associate Professor in Educational Instruction and Leadership

Southeastern Oklahoma State University invites applications for a full-time tenure-track Assistant/Associate Professor position in Professional Education that develops educators who are proficient in, and dedicated to the teaching of content and pedagogy in an increasingly diverse technological and global society. Candidates must have an earned doctorate degree or equivalent in one of the following areas: educational administration and/or curriculum and instruction from an accredited university. This position also requires the successful candidate to serve on Resident Year Committees for first year teachers. Tenure track faculty members are expected to provide evidence of effective classroom teaching, research/scholarship, and contributions to the institution and profession commensurate with rank. This position also requires undergraduate advising requirements.

The position may require multiple campus assignments as well as varied time and delivery methods. Prior to issuing a letter of appointment, official transcripts must be received directly from each degree-granting institution by the Office of Academic Affairs and successful passing of a Criminal Background Check.
