bulletTracy Gilbert joined the EOC in July of 2004. Tracy earned both her Bachelor's and Master's degrees from Southeastern Oklahoma State University. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor as well as a first generation college graduate. Her office is located in the Hugo Public Library at 201 North 8th Street, Hugo.
