About Michele:
Michele Frazier joined the Educational Opportunity Center in September 2010. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree from Southeastern Oklahoma State University and is currently pursuing her Master’s Degree in School Counseling. Michele is a first generation college graduate and a native of McCurtain County. Her main office is located at the McCurtain County Campus of SOSU. Michele also serves participants in Choctaw County, and her office is located in the Hugo Public Library at 201 North 8th Street.
