President Larry Minks invites you to the 16th annual Presidential Golf Classic tournament.

This six-person scramble includes everything you need to have a great golf day! Your cart and greens fee are covered. You’ll have a tasty breakfast before the shotgun start, then we’ll bring you lunch on the course. All day we’ll deliver your choice of beverages and a snack. At the close of the event we’ll spread out the best meal you’ll ever have at a tournament.

There will be prizes for First, Second and Third-place teams, with the winning team’s names to be placed on the President’s Cup trophy. Prizes will be given for closest-to-pin (men and women) and longest drive (men and women). We may even throw in a game or two on the course.

Beautiful Chickasaw Pointe Golf Club is our host.

Proceeds of this tournament support Southeastern Oklahoma State University.

2012 Presidential Golf Classic

Vision Bank carded a 51 on a picture-perfect Friday at Chickasaw Pointe Golf Club to win Southeastern Oklahoma State University’s 15th annual Presidential Golf Classic. From left: Southeastern president Larry Minks, Jeff Monroe, Shaun Hughston, Brad Aycock, Stacy Ballew, Jeffery Hammock and Cameron Ballew. Vision Bank posted a 1-shot victory over Landmark Bank and Chris Sturch’s team. Landmark Bank took second place on a card playoff.

2011 Presidential Golf Classic

Durant’s Larry Dyson Motors fired a cool 51 on a hot Friday afternoon to win to win the 2011 Southeastern Oklahoma State University Presidential Golf Classic at Chickasaw Pointe Golf Course. Dyson Motors collected its 5th-consecutive Classic championship with an outstanding day of golf. From left: Southeastern President Larry Minks, Dustin Gunkle, Mark Fairchild, David Dyson, Brad O’Hara, Brock Kauk and Sy Freeman. All team members are from Elk City, Okla. Gunkle (longest drive) and Fairchild (closest-to-the-pin) were double winners on the afternoon.

Team Dyson Does It Again

The Dyson dynasty rolled onward on June 11, 2010 as Larry Dyson Motors claimed its fourth consecutive championship in Southeastern Oklahoma State University’s 2010 Presidential Golf Classic held at Chickasaw Pointe Golf Resort. With a nice breeze taking the sting out of a warm day, the winners carded a nifty 51 to edge Excel therapy’s 53 and Hughston Group’s 54.
