Recipient will be a full-time student in good standing, with at least a 3.0 grade-point average. Recipient will have graduated from an Oklahoma high school within one of the following counties: Atoka, Bryan, Carter, Choctaw, Johnston, Latimer, LeFlore, Love, Marshall, McIntosh, Pittsburg or Pushmataha.
