Welcome Week! It’s so much fun when everybody comes back for the Fall. Everyone is moving into the residence halls, there is free food all week, a block party right outside your front door, and the start of a great new year!

Favorite Spot on Campus Visitors Shouldn’t Miss

The beautiful student union – It is one of the best student union buildings anywhere and it’s always filled with students. You can’t be bored here! You can eat in the Café, participate in one of our 70 student organizations, play a mean game of intramural basketball, or just take a nap in the loft.

What Advice Would You Give a New Student

College is a great time to start over and be who you want to be. Take advantage of all the opportunities – from student organizations to meeting new friends in the residence halls. Explore different career paths, do something you’ve never done before – these 4 (or 5) years will shape you into the person you’ll be in the future.

Hobbies/Interests

Reading, working out, decorating my house, watching sporting events (especially SE football), and hanging out with my husband and our dog Margo.
