Bonfires, Football Runs & Candlelight – SE Traditions

Don't just learn about our traditions... experience them! This program takes place inside a hidden gem on campus. You'll leave feeling True Blue!

The SE Campus Tour!

Take a trip through campus with a current Southeastern student as your guide. Learn more than just facts about buildings – this tour takes you to the oldest building on campus (supposedly haunted), the legendary kissing circle, and through the new residence halls.

Go to Class! - Music In American Society

It's the largest class at Southeastern but with a very personal feel. This is your chance to attend an actual class – and see yourself as a student at SE!

Financial Aid - What You Need to Know About Paying for College

This workshop will walk you through the process of filling out your FAFSA to receive grants, loans, & workstudy dollars at Southeastern. Get a jumpstart on getting aid for school! (Participants wishing to complete a FAFSA should sign up for the 1:00 Financial Aid program).

Tribal Funds for College

Chickasaw and Choctaw students will learn about different funding opportunities offered by the tribes such as higher education grants and scholarships, clothing grants, lap top programs, housing assistance, and foundation grants. An excellent opportunity for high school students to make contact with their program officer!

College Success Class 101

This real freshmen orientation class will give you a taste of academics at Southeastern – plus learn tips to make your first year of college a success!

SE Status Update – True Blue!

Our Southeastern True Blue Ambassadors will teach you what you need to know about life at Southeastern – from the hang out places in town to the classes you should take. Your chance to ask questions and get the real answers. This workshop will make you want to update your status to True Blue!

Money Matters - President's Leadership Class, Honors Program & Scholarships

How am I going to pay for college? If you've asked yourself this question, this session is for you. Learn how to make your application standout from the crowd and how getting involved in PLC or Honors can help you afford college.

SE Savage Storm Athletics Open House

Explore Southeastern's premier athletic facilities – from the newly opened SE Basketball and Multipurpose Arena to the Paul Laird Football Field where championships are won – meet the coaches and players of SE Athletics.

Chorale Open House

The SE Chorale performed at Carnegie Hall in NYC this summer! Interested in being part of this prestigious singing group? Attend a practice... even join in the singing!

SE Band Open House

Hoping to make noise at SE? Why not join the SE Marching and Concert Bands! Come to this open rehearsal... bring an instrument and play along!

Aviation Open House & Airport Visits

Southeastern's Aviation program is one of the best in the country. This session includes a tour of the SE Aviation facilities to learn more about the SE Flight Team, the Professional Pilot Program & Aviation Management. You might even get to fly – in the simulator that is!

Southeastern Admissions – Application Workshop

If you’re ready to become a Southeastern student, this is your chance to apply for admissions and take the first step! We will walk you through the application process. (Participants will need an official high school transcript, ACT/SAT scores, and a $20 application fee to complete admissions).

Financial Aid & FAFSA – Application Workshop

Ready to apply for Financial Aid? We will walk you through the on-line application process and you’ll leave with a completed FAFSA! (Participants must bring the student’s and parent’s 2009 income tax return to complete this process)
