Centennial celebration to continue with unveiling of marker at Southeastern Library

DURANT, Okla. – The yearlong Centennial celebration continues at Southeastern Oklahoma State University on Thursday, April 16, with the unveiling of an historical marker in front of the Henry Garland Bennett Memorial Library.

This will be the third building on campus to receive a marker – last October during homecoming, a marker was unveiled in front of Morrison Hall, while in December, a marker was placed in front of the President's Home.

The ceremony will begin at 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, and will be followed by a reception. The public is invited to attend.

Limited parking will be available on the loop in front of the library.
