Dr. Glen D. Johnson, right, Chancellor of the Oklahoma State System for Higher Education, receives the E.T. Dunlap Medal from Southeastern Oklahoma State University president Michael D. Turner. Johnson, a former president of Southeastern, was the honoree and speaker at Friday’s E.T. Dunlap Lectureship at Southeastern. The lectureship honors the late Dr. E.T. Dunlap, a Southeastern graduate who served as chancellor from 1961-1982.
