Reception held for President Minks

Student Government Association President Trent Castleberry presents a proclamation to Southeastern Oklahoma State University President Larry Minks Wednesday during a campus reception. The Board of Regents of the Regional University System of Oklahoma (RUSO) named Minks permanent president on Jan. 21. Students, faculty, and staff members congratulated President Minks and his wife Joan at the reception in the Student Union.
