Southeastern students honored at Education & Behavioral Sciences Banquet

DURANT, Okla. – Landmark Bank helped honor Southeastern Oklahoma State University students at the annual School of Education & Behavioral Sciences Student Scholars and Honors Banquet. Students, family members, friends, special guests, and faculty gathered on May 3 for this memorable event in the Magnolia Room.
"The School of Education & Behavioral Sciences Scholars and Honors Banquet is a celebration to honor our brightest and best students," said Dr. William Mawer, Dean of the School of Education & Behavioral Sciences. "This year’s banquet was elevated to a superior level by the partnership with Landmark Bank as a continuous sponsor."
Added Dr. Reba Criswell, Assistant Professor of Counseling in the Department of Behavioral Sciences and Special Events Committee Chair: "We are pleased to honor our students in this very important way. We extend our deep appreciation to Landmark Bank for such a generous contribution toward the support of education of our students."
Mawer presented an appreciation award to Landmark Bank representatives, with President Ron Bennett accepting the award.
Students were presented scholarships and special awards for their achievements from departments and programs within the School of Education & Behavioral Sciences.
