Awards ceremony recognizes students in John Massey School of Business

DURANT, Okla. – Outstanding students and scholarship recipients were recognized recently at the John Massey School of Business Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Society Induction Ceremony and Honors and Awards Banquet.

Outstanding awards were presented to the following Southeastern Oklahoma State University students:

Finance, Kelly Devitt, senior, Tishomingo, Oklahoma

Accounting, Kelsey Reding, senior, Aubrey, Texas

Master of Business Administration, Yazan Moh’d Sa’adeh Saleh, Amman, Jordan

Marketing, Zachary Downing, senior, Yuma, Arizona

Management, Ethan Murray, senior, Mead, Oklahoma

General Business, Kimberly Cassell, senior, Sherman, Texas

In addition, Dr. Jane Licata, John Massey Endowed Chair in Marketing, was named Professor Emeritus. She recently retired after 10 years at the University.

Dr. Martin Bressler served as the program’s Master of Ceremonies. Offering remarks were Southeastern president Larry Minks, Dean of Instruction Lucretia Scoufos, and State Regent John Massey (closing remarks).

Also at the event, the following students were inducted into the Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Society:
