Advanced Room Assignment Process For Current Students

This is your chance to request a specific room for next semester. We’ll be on the third floor of the Student Union, next to the Residence Life Office.

  • Monday, March 1st, 11:00a.m.-2:00p.m. & 4:30p.m-6:30p.m.
    If you want to reserve your current room (Chickasaw and Shearer only)

  • Tuesday, March 2nd, 11:00a.m.-2:00p.m. & 4:30p.m-6:30p.m.
    If you want to reserve a different room in your current building (Chickasaw and Shearer only)

  • Wednesday, March 3rd, 11:00a.m.-2:00p.m. & 4:30p.m-6:30p.m.
    If you currently live in a Freshmen-Only Community (Choctaw, North and Shearer Hall 2nd floor South)

  • Thursday, March 4th, 11:00a.m.-2:00p.m. & 4:30p.m-6:30p.m.
    If you want a room in a different building (All Halls welcome)

  • Friday, March 5th, 1:30 p.m.-4:30p.m.
    Any current students who are not yet residents and all others not yet assigned.

Please note: you will have to fill out a new contract before being assigned to a room. Your $100 deposit will roll over into the next semester, as long as there are no damage charges from this semester.
