Our staff helps resolve billing\/payment issues, accepts departmental deposits and parking ticket payments, handles student refunds and account collections, and assists with payment plans, student loans, and Federal financial aid disbursements. Our office is located on the first floor of the Administration Building.<\/p>\n<p>The Business office is responsible for processing all transactions as they pertain to student accounts. We&#8217;d be happy to help and assist with these services:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Payment on accounts \u2013 payment in full can be made on <a href=\"https:\/\/selfservice.se.edu\/Student\">Colleague Self Service<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Get a statement of account printed or print from <a href=\"https:\/\/selfservice.se.edu\/Student\">Colleague Self Service<\/a> by selecting the Student Info tab, then View\/Pay Account<\/li>\n<li>Questions concerning student accounts<\/li>\n<li>Bill external agencies for student account<\/li>\n<li>Account collections<\/li>\n<li>Visit with students that want to enroll and still have a balance on their account<\/li>\n<li>Pay Parking Tickets<\/li>\n<li>Deposit money in flight accounts<\/li>\n<li>Account information and payments \u2013 <a href=\"https:\/\/selfservice.se.edu\/Student\">Colleague Self Service<\/a><\/li>\n<li>IRS 1098-T Questions<\/li>\n<li>Questions concerning refunds for an account<\/li>\n<li>Questions about the eRefunds with Touch Net<\/li>\n<li>Housing and meal plan changes\/updates\/cancellations \u2013 <a href=\"https:\/\/se.starrezhousing.com\/StarRezPortal\/0DEA3519\/1\/1\/Home-Home?UrlToken=10DD2085\">Star Rez<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.se.edu\/business-office\/forms\/\"><mark>Important Refund, Payment, and Disbursement Dates\u00a0<\/mark><\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Announcement regarding 1098T&#8217;s:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>The 2025 1098T tax forms are now available for download on the Heartland\/ECSI website\u00a0<a title=\"https:\/\/heartland.ecsi.net\/index.main.html#\/access\/lookup\" href=\"https:\/\/heartland.ecsi.net\/index.main.html#\/access\/lookup\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">HERE<\/a>. You will type or select\u00a0Southeastern Oklahoma State University in the school section when prompted. Please follow the directions on the link to download the electronic version of the 1098T form.\u00a0If you choose not to download the electronic version and prefer a paper copy, the form will be mailed from Heartland\/ECSI on or before January 30<sup>th<\/sup>, 2026. Please allow 7-10 business days to receive the form by mail .
