The official <a id=\"OWA1ac86baf-6a20-1d0a-4378-91fb7c269401\" class=\"x_x_OWAAutoLink\" title=\"https:\/\/collegeprep.study.com\/toefl\/toefl-test-prep.html\" href=\"https:\/\/collegeprep.study.com\/toefl\/toefl-test-prep.html\" data-auth=\"NotApplicable\" data-linkindex=\"18\">TOEFL Test Preparation Course<\/a>\u00a0is also available.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Financial Support Documentation:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Affidavit and Bank Statement<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.se.edu\/international-student\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/85\/2023\/08\/Affidavit-of-Financial-Support-2024-academic-year.pdf\">Undergraduate Affidavit of Financial Support<\/a> shows an estimated cost of attendance for one year (two semesters) at Southeastern Oklahoma State University.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>This document must be submitted within 6 months of enrollment at Southeastern.<\/li>\n<li>You can use more than one affidavit to cover the total estimated cost of attendance.<\/li>\n<li>You must provide a <strong>matching<\/strong> bank statement for each Affidavit form.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The bank statement must show an account owner\u2019s name that <strong>matches <\/strong>the name on the Affidavit of Financial Support.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The document must be in English; if it is not in English, please provide an English translation along with the document.<\/li>\n<li>You may provide a letter from the bank with a stamp and signature from a bank official, showing the available funds of the account and the account owners name.<\/li>\n<li>All foreign currency amounts will be converted to U.S. Dollar.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Passport Name Page:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Please submit a copy of the biographic page of your passport showing your name, date of birth, passport number and expiration date.<\/p>\n<p>If dependents will accompany you to Southeastern, provide copies of their passport biographic pages, along with marriage and birth certificates, as applicable, to verify your family relationship.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Statement of Understanding:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Please read the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.se.edu\/international-student\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/85\/2024\/02\/SE_Statement-of-Understanding-New-PDF.pdf\">Statement of Understanding<\/a>\u00a0carefully. You must agree to each of these statements before you will be considered for admission.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>US $30.00 Application Fee:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>This is not refundable. You may pay the fee online when you complete your application for admission. Or, you may call the Southeastern Business Office (580-745-2850) to make the payment. Paying with a credit card is recommended.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Visa and I-20: <\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Please submit a copy of your current U.S. F-1 Visa and a copy of your\u00a0\u00a0 I-20 from the institution you will be transferring from.<\/p>\n<p>Note: If you are transferring from a college or university outside of the United States, you will submit a copy of your F-1 visa when you receive it.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Receiving your I-20:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>When the application fee and all documents are received, we will move forward with reviewing your file for admission to the University.\u00a0 Once you are accepted, you will receive an acceptance letter with <strong>instructions to transfer your SEVIS record<\/strong> to Southeastern Oklahoma State University.
