This program provides quality instruction and a curriculum that educates, trains, and prepares the students to enter various careers in the health, fitness, and sports performance industries.<\/p>\n<p>The primary objective of the HHP degree is to examine how physical activity, nutrition, and lifestyle affect health, exercise capacity, and optimal sport performance. The HHP prepares students to devise safe and effective exercise prescriptions for various populations ranging from sedentary individuals to athletes.<\/p>\n<h3>Program Outcomes<\/h3>\n<p>Graduates have gained the ability to assess, design, and implement fitness programs for their clients, and have developed an ethical framework for decision-making in their career.
