Biography

Rachel Toews is the registrar at Southeastern Oklahoma State University. Toews is responsible for managing staff and operations of the Office of the Registrar, overseeing academic records and ensuring integrity, accuracy, and security, and interpreting and enforcing academic policies and regulations of the University, FERPA, and the Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education. Toews has been in her current position since 2019.
