College is stressful and it can be common to feel overwhelmed. Maintaining a healthy emotional life is important to overall health. Some ways to stay emotionally healthy are to manage your stress level, stay on top of school work, get eight hours of sleep, ask for help, or see a therapist at the Counseling Center.\u00a0<strong>Learn to manage stress&#8230;Before it manages you. <\/strong>Stress is a normal part of life. But learning to recognize good and bad stress, and how to cope with both, is essential to being emotionally well. How each of us responds to stress is as individual as we are.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>SE Resources:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&gt;<a href=\"https:\/\/se.campuswell.com\/\">Campus Well E-magazine<\/a> &#8211; Feel, overcome, relate, empower SE!
