If you are an undecided major, VA will only cover General Education requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Retaking a course with a \u201cC\u201d or better<\/strong><br>VA does not pay to retake courses completed with a passing grade (A, B, C, or D), unless your degree program requires a higher grade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Retaking a failed course<\/strong><br>VA will pay to repeat a course if you received an \u201cF\u201d and need to earn credit or improve your GPA or you withdrew from the course and didn\u2019t receive credit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Graduate leveling courses<\/strong><br>VA does not cover courses offered through third-party providers. Southeastern does not retain or accept credit for these courses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What Happens If I Do Not Submit the Confirmation of Enrollment Form?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Failure to submit the form may delay your VA payments, including tuition and monthly housing allowances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Can I Charge My Books at the Campus Bookstore?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Only students receiving Veteran Readiness and Employment (VR&amp;E) benefits under Chapter 31 are eligible to charge books at the Campus Bookstore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How Do I Add, Drop, or Withdraw from Courses?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>You can make schedule changes through Colleague Self-Service or by contacting the Registrar\u2019s Office at registrar@se.edu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>Note<\/u><\/strong>:<br>Any schedule change must be reported to your School Certifying Official (SCO) to avoid delays or issues with future enrollment and payments. You may email, <a href=\"mailto:veterans@se.edu\">veterans@se.edu<\/a>, or phone (580)745-2174 to report these changes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Can I Use Hazlewood Act Benefits at Southeastern?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>No. The Hazelwood Act is a State of Texas benefit and is only available at Texas-based colleges and universities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a class=\"c-btn c-btn--alt2\" href=\"https:\/\/www.va.gov\/contact-us\/ask-va\/introduction\">Ask VA&nbsp;<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Get answers to your questions about VA benefits and service.
