DURANT, Okla. \u2013 Southeastern<\/strong> Oklahoma State University has announced the schedule and speakers for the 15th<\/sup> Biennial Native American Symposium \u2013 \u201cStates of Sovereignty\u201d \u2013 which will be held on the Durant campus on Friday, November 17.
