Paying your university costs doesn’t have to be complex. You’ve got options. Southeastern Oklahoma State University is committed to making tuition payments pain free. By accessing your student account and portal through Colleague Self Service, you’ll find multiple ways to pay your student account

You can always directly pay your account using your debit or credit card 24/7 and bank account via Colleague Self Service under Student Finance.

Guaranteed Tuition Rate Program

First-time entering freshman may enroll in the Guaranteed Tuition Rate Program locking in their tuition rate for four years. This protects you from tuition hikes and increases and allows you to budget with no surprises. Fill out the form and return it to Business Office

Touch Net Payment Plans

Our partnership with Touch Net allows you to create a payment plan that suits your budget. To enroll, go to Colleague Self Service, select Student Finance, Make a Payment, and click Continue to Payment Center to be re-directed to Touch Net payment portal.
