Office of Admissions
Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, admission to Southeastern Oklahoma State University is test-optional for all 2021 terms. Students can apply with only a high school transcript and may be considered for admission by exception for the spring, summer and fall 2021 semesters.
We still encourage students to take an upcoming ACT/ SAT exam or submit existing test scores, as scores may be utilized for course placement and/or scholarship review. If a student has not completed equivalent concurrent work, University placement testing is required. This is provided online and at no cost to the student.
