Move-In Dates

MID-SEMESTER AND SUMMER MOVE-IN dates are scheduled individually. Students are advised to contact Housing & Residence Life to schedule a check-in date/time. Housing Applications must be received at least one business day prior to expected check-in. Check-in appointments will be scheduled during regular office hours.

Spring 2026 MOVE-IN SCHEDULE

Returning Residents may check in using the “Self Check-In” selection in the Housing Portal starting at 12:00 pm on Thursday, 1/8/26.  See the email sent on 1/5/26 for additional information.

New Residents may check in on Thursday, 1/8/26 from 2:00-4:00 pm or Friday, 1/9/26 from 10:00am-12:00pm & 2:00pm – 4:00 pm.  Late check-ins are scheduled for Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, 1/12-13-24/26 from 10:00am-12:00pm & 2:00pm – 4:00 pm.  All new resident check-ins will take place in the Housing & Residence Life Office (311 GDJ Student Union).
