AUGUST 2023 RESIDENCE HALL MOVE-IN SCHEDULE
The following dates have been scheduled for the groups designated. Check-ins will not be completed outside of the designated times.
- Monday, 8/7/23 (Check-In Location TBD – Look for Updates via postings on HRL social media (@SOSUHRL)
- 2:00-4:00 PM: Football Team, Student Trainers
- Friday, 8/11/23 (In Housing & Residence Life Office)
- 2:00-4:00: Volleyball Team
- Monday, 8/14 (“Drive-Through Check-Ins” on the Main Loop)
- 10:00AM – 2:00PM
- Cheer
- Sparks Dance Team
- Band
- Camp Chahta
- Cross Country Team
- Aviation Majors
- Honors
- President’s Leadership Class (PLC)
- SE eSports Team Members
- John Massey Leadership Scholars (JMLS) Participants
- Tuesday, 8/15 – Friday, 8/18 (“Drive-Through Check-Ins” on the Main Loop)
- 10:00AM – 2:00PM: All Residents
- Late Check-Ins (in Housing & Residence Life Office)
- Monday, 8/21– Wednesday, 8/23 2:00-4:00PM
- Additional Days by individual written approval from the DHRL
- Contracts for students who are not checked in by Monday, 8/29 are subject to administrate cancelation, with charges per contract terms and published fees.
Exceptions will only be made in writing by the Director of Housing & Residence Life for special circumstances.
