Additional charges: Room Reservation Fee: $100 (nonrefundable), Room Change Charge: $100, Residence Hall Activity (& RHA) Fee: $75/semester (nonrefundable), Residence Hall Safety & Security Fee $50/semester (nonrefundable), Improper Check-Out Charge: $150, Contract Termination Fee (Prior to the Contract start date and per the Contract Terms & Conditions): $500, Administrative Cancelation Fee: $100 in addition to other fees, Violation of Freshmen Residency Requirement Fine: $500/semester.
