Southeastern Oklahoma State University will be closed on Monday, January 26, in the interest of health and safety of students, faculty, and staff with ongoing winter weather conditions. Essential services will be provided to residential students on campus, but other academic and business functions will be closed. Online and remote learning classes will proceed as scheduled. This closure applies to the Durant and McCurtain County campuses. Other satellite facilities will follow local guidance.
We invite you to join our international students from all over the world who have chosen Southeastern. There are students from 27 countries represented on campus. Our caring faculty and staff are here to help make your transition as smooth as possible and make our campus your home away from home.
DEADLINES TO BE ADMITTED
Fall semester: June 1 for students outside of the U.S.; July 1 for students in the U.S.
Spring semester: November 1 for students outside of the U.S.; December 1 for students in the U.S.
An international student is not a United States citizen and does not have permanent resident status. More specifically, international students are those on F-1 visas.
