With continued poor travel conditions and cold temperatures, Southeastern Oklahoma State University will be closed through Friday, January 30, in the interest of health and safety of students, faculty, and staff. Essential services will be provided to residential students on campus, but other academic and business functions will be closed. Online and remote learning classes will proceed as scheduled. This closure applies to the Durant and McCurtain County campuses. Other satellite facilities will follow local guidance.
As a new student at Southeastern, the first person you’ll likely to be in contact with is one of our Southeastern recruiters. Their job is to answer any questions you might have about SE; anything from confirming deadlines and providing resources to sharing their own experiences on campus. They are also who you’ll be visiting with when you tour our beautiful campus – whether in person or online. Their Southeastern stories are unique and help them pave the way for students to find their future. If you see them on campus, say hello and give a wave!
