Group Fitness

The Wellness Center periodically offers group fitness classes to encourage efforts to get out and move with the support of a group setting. Classes are free to attend for students and faculty.

Yoga: Spring 2024

In person Yoga classes will meet on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursdays from 12:00-1:00pm in the Student Union Gym for the Spring 2024 semester. Yoga classes are taught by a certified yoga instructor.
