Typically, live support is available from 7am-1am. Immediate response times may vary, however, leaving a message on Live Chat when a staff member is unavailable will automatically send a notice requesting assistance. Live Chat is available from your Canvas course’s side menus.

CIDT also usually employs between 8 and 12 undergraduate assistants (or “student workers”). The specific number fluctuates due to graduatations, interim semesters, and various other situations, but they are happy to help you. These workers are CIDT’s primary after-hours support, so if you reach out to us later in the day/evening you are more likely to interact with these undergraduate assistants.
