Executive Team

The Executive Team serves as the President’s primary leadership and advisory body and functions as the University’s senior executive cabinet. Composed of the University’s vice presidents and other senior leaders, the Executive Team meets regularly to support effective leadership, coordination, and decision-making. The Executive Team’s charge includes:

  • Advise the President on key leadership, policy, and institutional matters affecting the University.
  • Provide ongoing updates and insight to keep the President informed of significant developments, risks, and opportunities across all divisions.
  • Coordinate the planning and execution of the University’s operational, tactical, and strategic initiatives.
  • Ensure alignment and integration of divisional priorities with institutional goals and strategic directions.
  • Support timely decision-making and effective implementation of presidential directives.
  • Advise on the development, allocation, and monitoring of the University’s budget and provide counsel on significant financial decisions to ensure alignment with institutional priorities and fiscal sustainability.

The Executive Team acts in an advisory capacity to the President. The ET will generally meet every other week during the Fall and Spring Semesters and twice during the Summer Semester. The President convenes and chairs the Executive Team. Additional individuals may be invited to attend meetings as appropriate based on agenda topics.

Membership on the Executive Team is by designated position and consists of the University’s senior executive leadership.
