Administrative Council

The University Administrative Council (UAC) serves as a forum for administrative leaders to facilitate communication and coordination across University divisions. The Council promotes the timely exchange of information regarding current and pending University activities and provides a venue for discussion of issues of broad institutional interest. The Council’s charge includes:

  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among administrative units and divisions of the University.
  • Provide regular opportunities for the exchange of information related to ongoing and emerging University initiatives, operations, and policies.
  • Serve as a forum for discussion of issues affecting multiple divisions or the University community as a whole.
  • Advise the President on matters of broad administrative and institutional interest.

The Council acts in an advisory capacity only and does not exercise decision-making authority. Generally, the AC will generally meet quarterly: January/February, April/May, July/August, October/November, The President or designee convenes and chairs the Council and may invite additional participants as needed based on agenda topics.

Membership on the University Administrative Council is by presidential appointment and consists of administrative leaders representing key operational, academic support, and governance functions of the University. Listing as of February 3, 2026
