With continued poor travel conditions and cold temperatures, Southeastern Oklahoma State University will be closed through Thursday, January 29, in the interest of health and safety of students, faculty, and staff. Essential services will be provided to residential students on campus, but other academic and business functions will be closed. Online and remote learning classes will proceed as scheduled. This closure applies to the Durant and McCurtain County campuses. Other satellite facilities will follow local guidance.
The Center for Instructional Development and Technology (CIDT) is a teaching, training, and technology resource for Southeastern Oklahoma State University faculty, staff, and students.
CIDT provides hands-on assistance to faculty with the course building process and supports their efforts to deliver excellent academic experiences to students. CIDT provides technical assistance for Blackboard and associated programs for faculty, staff, and students via calls, walk-ins, emails, help request forms and live chat. CIDT is the training center for technology and instruction. CIDT seeks to continuously strengthen Southeastern’s online presence and community in and outside the classroom through the production of video and social media.
