Welcome to the John Massey School of Business at Southeastern Oklahoma State University. As a Southeastern alumna, it is both an honor and a privilege to serve as dean of a school grounded in strong values and a legacy of leadership.

Named in honor of John Massey, the school reflects his lifelong dedication to education and leadership. In May 2025, the John Massey School of Business awarded him an honorary Doctor of Business Administration degree in recognition of his extraordinary contributions. His vision—centered on exceptional teaching, mentorship, real-world preparation, emotional intelligence, and a united campus community—continues to guide our work.
