Graphic Design & Visual Media

In our Graphic Design program, you will learn to effectively communicate using visual media by exploring topics in design principles, color theory, texture, light, digital imaging, and the graphic software tools necessary for a successful career in graphic design. Through project-based learning, and creating self-directed graphic design, this program will equip you with the confidence and skills needed to be a successful graphic designer, brand designer, design manager, web designer, or advertising designer.

Program Outcomes

Graduates from Southeastern’s Graphic Design program have joined businesses and organizations, while others work as freelance graphic designers. Others have joined graduate programs to pursue Master of Fine Arts degrees.
