Southeastern plans activities for Constitution Day

DURANT, Okla. – Southeastern Oklahoma State University has scheduled a number activities in conjunction with Constitution Day on Wednesday, Sept. 17.

Constitution Day is held to celebrate one of our country’s greatest gifts to its people – the United States Constitution and the Bill of Rights. Take some time to engage in one or more of the following activities:

– Henry G. Bennett Memorial Library Tours, including a Constitution display, an informative video loop, and a walk-through of the government documents section. Tours will be held all day, so inquire at the front desk for starting times.

Voter registration for Oklahoma will be held in the Glen D. Johnson Student Union atrium from 11 a.m. to noon.

Join Dr. Chunmei Yoe’s class in the student union auditorium, room 213, for Constitutional Jeopardy at noon.
