- Southeastern accounting students to assist elderly in preparing taxes
SE Information Technology recently completed a system migration for student accounts. If you are having trouble logging into your student email or other SE web resources, please clear your browser cache and restart the browser, use an incognito/private window, or select “Use Another Account” on the login screen and re-enter your credentials. These steps should restore access on your device.

DURANT, Okla. – The accounting department at Southeastern Oklahoma State University is working with the Tax Counseling for the Elderly (TCE) sponsored by AARP Tax-Aide program in Durant to assist in tax preparation.
Three full-time student interns and accounting professor Dr. Rhonda Richards will be assisting citizens at the Donald W. Reynolds Library in Durant (1515 W. Main) Tuesdays and Thursdays, February 5 through April 11, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Free tax assistance is provided to low-to moderate-income taxpayers who are 50 years of age and older – some exceptions may apply.
